Patrick Gazich, Co-Founder
Hello all, my name is Patrick. I grew a passion for the game of hockey at a young age. My mother was a world championship figure skater so I often found myself at the rink. I grew up playing in the Hopkins youth hockey association. I continued and played high school varsity at the Academy of Holy Angels for 3 seasons. After high school I played 2 years of junior hockey in the States and Canada. Currently, I am a senior defenseman at Gustavus Adolphus College where I will graduate with a double major in Business Management and Health and Physical Education. I have been involved with coaching for over 10 years where I have coached and led summer camps at Impact Hockey in Minnetonka. I played and coached with current NHL and AHL pro players there. These same camps are also where I grew my love for hockey and had some of my fondest memories in the summers. I also have experience programming and implementing off season workout programs. I co-founded the St. Peter/Gustavus youth hockey volunteer program.
Ryan Gazich, Co-Founder
My name is Ryan Gazich and I am from Eagan Minnesota where I grew up playing youth hockey. I played varsity hockey for the Academy of Holy Angels for 3 years where I was voted team captain my senior year. After high school, I played 3 years of Junior A hockey in the USPHL, NAHL, and SIJHL. I then went on to play my freshman year at Gustavus Adolphus College. After my freshman year at Gustavus, I transferred to Minnesota State University, Mankato where I am currently a senior, and I am majoring in Aviation Professional Flight where I will eventually be a commercial pilot. Over the years I have worked at and attended some great summer camps where I was able to develop a passion for the game. I have also been lucky enough to train with some of the best hockey minds in the world such as Jack Blatherwick, where I gained a lot of knowledge and insights about skating, training, and development. Along with all of this, I co-founded the St. Peter/Gustavus youth hockey volunteer program. I am excited to share my passion and pass along my knowledge to the future generations of hockey players.
